The Biola Bound Rewards program (“Program”) is offered by ɫ��ɫ��̳ (“University”) to encourage and recognize prospective students who complete key steps in the undergraduate admissions process. Participation in the Program is voluntary. By participating, students agree to accept the following Terms & Conditions:

• The Program is open only to first-time and transfer undergraduate applicants applying for Fall 2026 admission to ɫ��ɫ��̳.
• Graduate students, readmitted students or continuing students are not eligible.
• Eligibility for certain rewards may be subject to additional criteria (e.g., out-of-state residency, admission status).

• The Program begins on August 1, 2025 (when the application opens) and ends on August 15, 2026.
• Deadlines for specific milestones are firm (e.g., November 30, March 1, March 25, May 1, August 15).

Rewards are tied to specific milestones in the admissions process. Missing a milestone deadline will result in forfeiture of the associated reward. Rewards include, but are not limited to:

1. Start Your Application
   • Welcome Biola sticker (sent directly to the student).
2. Submit Your Application by November 30
   • Upon admission: Premium Biola hoodie in the acceptance box.
3. or Submit Your Application between December 1 – March 1
   • Upon admission: Premium Biola t-shirt in the acceptance box.
4. Submit Your Housing Application or Intent to Commute by March 25
   • Early dorm notification.
   • Exclusive dorm keychain.
   • Invitation to “Meet the Neighbors” events.
   • Note: Submission of your housing deposit and application does not guarantee your first choice in housing.
5. Deposit by May 1 (National Decision Day)
   • Signature red Biola Bible.
6. Complete Enrollment by August 15
   • Exclusive Biola swag (limited-edition socks).
7. Attend a Registered Campus Visit
   • $1,000 Visit Scholarship (available only to qualifying admitted students who attend an eligible Biola campus visit).
   • Out-of-state students attending Biola Preview Day: reduced registration fee.
   • Out-of-state students attending Biola Bound: eligible for travel reimbursement.

Note: Certain rewards are contingent on admission to ɫ��ɫ��̳ and will only be distributed if admission is granted. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted,exchanged, or redeemed for monetary value. The University reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value at its discretion. Quantities may be limited, and distribution is subject to availability.

• Scholarships and reimbursements may be considered financial aid and could affect a student’s overall financial aid package in accordance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
• Students are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and reporting requirements regarding scholarships or reimbursements received.

• The University reserves the right to modify, suspend, supplement or terminate the Program or any individual reward at any time, with or without notice.
• Deadlines and requirements are subject to change at the University’s discretion.

• Participation in the Program does not affect admission decisions.
• Admission to ɫ��ɫ��̳ is based on the University’s established admissions policies and standards, independent of participation in the Program.

For students residing in the continental United States:

• Your perks will be mailed to the address you provided when creating your account.
• We will use the t-shirt size you selected during account setup.
• Perks will be shipped as they are processed.
• If you have any questions, you can contact your Admissions Counselor.

For students residing outside the continental United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international students):

• Your shipped items will be held by Biola’s Undergraduate or International Admissions Offices.
• Items will be distributed to you in person during Orientation.
• Rewards can only be shipped to addresses within the continental United States.
• If you have any questions, you can contact your Admissions Counselor.

• Any personal information you provide to ɫ��ɫ��̳ in connection with the Biola Bound Rewards Program will be handled in accordance with the ɫ��ɫ��̳ Privacy Policy, available at biola.edu/privacy.
• When you enroll in the Program and provide your email address, you are opting in to receive communications related to the Program and other ɫ��ɫ��̳ marketing emails. You may update your email preferences at any time by following the instructions in those emails or through your Biola account.
• Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, you will continue to receive transactional and service-related emails regarding the Program, including information about milestones, rewards, shipping, and enrollment deadlines.
• By participating in the Program, applicants consent to receive Program-related communications via email, mail, or text, consistent with University policies and applicable laws.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
• Any disputes arising under the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
