This event is free to attend.

Attending Homecoming is free, except for the following events:

  • Tailgate Tacos
  • Torrey Perpetual Reunion Breakfast

Note: Children under 5 years of age eat free. Students cannot use their meal plans for this event.


Homecoming 2026 Overview

After years apart, Homecoming is back 鈥 and this will be an alumni celebration like no other!

Homecoming is your chance to relive favorite Biola traditions, see what鈥檚 new on campus and create lasting memories with fellow alumni, family and friends.

Throughout the weekend, you鈥檒l experience:

  • Worship Night: A Singspiration Experience 鈥 A beloved Biola chapel focused on worship and reflection.

  • Golden Eagle Class 鈥 Recognize our class of 1976 with a celebration and induction into the Golden Eagles.

Worship Night: A Singspiration Experience

Kick off the weekend as a Biola community praising the Lord for his goodness. The program will feature special music and a personal welcome from Biola President Barry H. Corey. This will be an uplifting time of praise and reflection under the stars.

Walk down memory lane at the Biola Library with its rich history, special collections and archives, and special exhibit 鈥淭hrough Gates of Splendor: The Elisabeth Elliot Story鈥 on loan from the Museum of the Bible. To complement the exhibit, the Biola Archives and Special Collections is offering a display of Biola Alumni who served with the Elliots In Ecuador. Ed McCully and Olive Flemin, alumni from the Biola School of Missionary Medicine (the precursor to today's Nursing Program), served with Jim and Elisabeth Elliot in Ecuador. Learn about their story and see items from Nate Saint's Piper Family Cruiser, including one of the two original propellers, loudspeaker, and a piece of the wing. All aircraft items are on loan from the Mission Aviation Fellowship.

Sprinkles and Schools Social Hour

Saturday, February 7

Cross Country and Track & Field Alumni Run

  • 7:00 a.m. 鈥 8:00 a.m.
  • Meet at Biola Track Facility

Join Coach Sean Henning and the team for an early morning run on one of the traditional training routes for Biola Cross Country.

Men鈥檚 and Women鈥檚 Water Polo Alumni Games

  • 9:00 a.m. 鈥 12:00 p.m.
  • Splash! La Mirada Regional Aquatics Center

Join Coach Jens Cole and Coach Sarah Ramirez for a combined alumni event for our water polo programs. We will host a breakfast for families and alumni at 9:00, and at 10:00 we will jump in the pool for alternating quarters of alumni game action!

Cross Country and Track & Field Alumni Gathering

Join Coach Sean Henning and the team for breakfast and meet and greet with the team and coaches.

Men鈥檚 Soccer Alumni Game and Gathering

  • 10:00 a.m. 鈥 12:00 p.m.
  • Al Barbour Field

Join Coach Joey O鈥橩eefe and his team in a 5v5 tournament for Men鈥檚 Soccer alumni. Gather your alumni group and build your own team, or show up without a team, and you can join one of the teams already formed. Those who do not wish to play will be able to connect on the sidelines and spectate, with snacks and drinks provided.

Men鈥檚 Basketball Alumni Gathering

  • 10:00 a.m. 鈥 6:00 p.m.
  • Chase Gymnasium

Join Coach Dave Holmquist and the rest of the Biola Hoop Club for a time to connect with the current team and former teammates. Watch the shootaround with the current team as they prepare for Menlo, and then make your way over to Kim Dining Room for further connection and then dinner at the Biola Cafeteria.

Swim & Dive Alumni Gathering

  • 10:00 a.m. 鈥 12:00 p.m.
  • Lansing Pool

Join Coach Nate Harding and the rest of the Swim & Dive program for a fun competition and connection! Compete against current student-athletes in 5-6 individual events and 3-4 relays. Snacks and drinks will be provided.

Tennis Alumni Game and Gathering

  • 10:00 a.m. 鈥 12:00 p.m.
  • Biola Tennis Courts

Join Coach David Goodman for a doubles mixer and a mini-match against the current group of Biola Tennis student-athletes. There will be prizes for the winners!

Baseball Games: Biola vs. Cal State San Marcos

  • 11:00 a.m. 鈥 5:00 p.m.
  • Eagles Diamond

Wear RED and enjoy some sunshine as the Eagles take on the Cougars at Eagles Diamond. The first pitch will be thrown by a Biola Baseball alum, and we invite Baseball alumni and their families to join us in the parking lot in left field to enjoy reconnecting with fellow alumni and great views from the outfield.

Volleyball Alumni Game and Gathering

  • 1:00 p.m. 鈥 3:00 p.m.
  • Chase Gymnasium

Join Coach Brian Failinger and Coach Aaron Seltzer for an alumni gathering and alumni game! There will be plenty of time for a long warm-up and some friendly competition with the current group of BU Lades. We will provide snacks and beverages for the group, and will have a gathering after the event inside Eagle鈥檚 Nest to continue the fellowship. Bring the family for this fun event!

Women鈥檚 Soccer Alumni Game and Gathering

  • 2:00 p.m. 鈥 4:00 p.m.
  • Al Barbour Field

Join Coach Brett Croft and the rest of the team for a 5v5 tournament with the rest of the Women鈥檚 Soccer alumni. Create a team with your former teammates, or you can show up and join a team. Those not playing will be able to connect on the sidelines, with snacks and drinks provided.

Pickleball Tournament: Hosted by Tennis Program

  • 2:00 p.m. 鈥 4:00 p.m.
  • Biola Tennis Courts

Join Head Tennis Coach David Goodman for a casual pickleball tournament on the tennis courts. This is open to all alumni, but space is limited!

Women鈥檚 Basketball Alumni Gathering

  • 3:30 p.m. 鈥 6:30 p.m.
  • Chase Gymnasium

Meet up with Coach Mike Simonson and his coaching staff as they prepare for the game against Menlo. Alumni will be able to meet in the Chase Gym lobby and then join Coach Simo in the locker room to have a 鈥渃halk talk鈥 to talk more about the game. You are also invited to connect after the game in the SUB for a time of connection and fellowship.

Softball Alumni Gathering

  • 5:00 p.m. 鈥 7:00 p.m.
  • Freedom Field

Join Coach Kristin Halte and the rest of the softball program as they return from their games that morning. There will be food and family-friendly whiffle ball competitions for alumni and their families, and this will be a great time to reconnect with former teammates.

Join fellow alumni and the Biola community to cheer on the Eagles as they take on the Oaks! We will honor our women鈥檚 basketball alumni at halftime.

  • Do I need to register, even if I don鈥檛 need to purchase meal tickets?

    We would love to know who鈥檚 coming and kindly ask that you RSVP to attend, so we can prepare to welcome you!

  • Where do I park?

    Parking is FREE for this event and available in Parking Structure S, between the track and baseball fields (#22) on the Biola Interactive Campus Map. Download the 色中色论坛 App to easily find campus information and services on your mobile device.

  • Where do I check in?

    We look forward to welcoming you in the check-in area near the Bell Tower. Feel free to check in on Friday, Feb. 6, 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 7, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • Who do I need to contact with questions about athletic events?

    The athletics team will be happy to take your questions. Please email them at athletics@biola.edu.

  • What is the purchase policy?

    No refunds.

  • When does registration close?

    Registration for paid events closes on January 31, 2026.

  • What if I missed the registration deadline?

    No worries! You can still purchase tickets the day of the event.

  • Will there be places to eat on campus?

    Yes! and coffee shops will be open during the event.
